We are delighted that you have chosen O’s & Ludy’s Place as your new home!  We know you are making a transition from your previous home to a new atmosphere and transitions can be often challenging.  However, we are confident that you will enjoy our Historic beautiful home and make new friendships. 

O’s & Ludy’s Place offers an open, bright and historic atmosphere in a lovely old home.  There are single and double bedrooms that are cheery and bright, fireplaces and a dining room and living room that have lots of charm.  There is a three-season, sunroom where you can enjoy the sun and gather for conversation and a lovely backyard with two decks with benches for relaxing in the sun or shade. 

This Resident Handbook is intended to be a guide and informational resource to help you become familiar with your new surroundings.  It should be read in conjunction with the Agreement and should be kept handy for easy reference.

It won’t take long to get familiar with the routine of O’s & Ludy’s Place.  Because we are a smaller assisted living, we can be more personal and better serve your needs. 

We, the management, are sure that you will grow to love it here and we are prepared to do everything we can to help you enjoy your new home.  We wish to Welcome you!
